كا مكان لإقامة مؤتمرات ممتاز كمساحة. و موقعه أيضا جيد يبعد بالقطار ٣٥ د عن وسط المدينة. مطل على بحيرة. قريب منه عدد من الفنادق ٤ نجوم.
