In Bordeaux, the international solidarity association Médecins du Monde offers a reception, care and orientation center. Its actions are diverse: reception in place, information and guidance, health watch, accompaniment in medical and social procedures, medical care, psychological interviews, social, legal and assistance in administrative procedures, distribution of materials, hygiene kits, sleeping bags, etc. The association also acts for the prevention of cervical cancer. The center of Bordeaux has more than 90 volunteers for just over 5,600 beneficiaries. In its mobile actions, 4 per week, with its 23 volunteers for 456 beneficiaries, it makes prevention and education to health. In addition, Doctors du Monde promotes adoption.
