The Association Culture and Libraries for All is a recognized association of public utility whose role is to provide cultural and social service through reading. Libraries for all are thus thought of in this idea of conviviality and proximity. You will not necessarily find the book you are looking for but others and certainly a very good welcome and, who knows, the desire to invest in this formula. The association benefits from the contributions and contributions of its members to buy books.
