A true emblem of Bordeaux, the canelé, a delicacy dating back to the 16th century, is a pastry made from flour, eggs, milk, vanilla and rum... It is a real challenge to prepare them yourself in order to obtain a soft canelé on the inside and crispy on the outside. Open every day from 8am to 8pm. Sales in the store and on the Internet (home delivery within 24 hours for online purchases). Parking according to the stores. By the piece : canelé Gros at 0,75 €, canelé Lunch at 0,55 € and canelé bouchée at 0,45 €.

Canelé is a rum and vanilla flavored small pastry. Several batches per day and a trade secret that respects tradition offer you very generous Canelés, crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside: a real delight!
Available in different sizes, the Canelé adapts to both relaxing and festive moments. The Gros (60g) is ideal as a dessert and can be accompanied by a tasty English custard or red fruit coulis. The Lunch (30g) can be enjoyed as a delicacy with coffee or at tea time. The Bouchée (17g) is a perfect fit for cocktails and parties.
For the more greedy, La Toque Cuivrée also offers tourtière, gâteaux basques, caramels (toffee) with bits of Canelés and verrines (small glass jars) of Canelés with rum syrup!

We had six caneles, everything about packaging and location is fine. Only caneles are not my taste type. If you haven't tried it, you should try and test it.

En vacances à Bordeaux,nous avons dégusté d'excellents canelés, de la Toque cuivrée.
Accueil sympa, les prix sont abordables.
Pourquoi payer plus cher dans une autre enseigne, que je ne nommerai pas, la différence est énorme et ils ne sont pas meilleurs .

Nous avons acheté des cannelés en étuis.
Dommage que celui ci ne soit pas plastique a l'intérieur, car au bout de deux jours ils ont un goût de carton!
Faut vite les manger pour le coup.

Les caneles de la toque cuivrée ,sont arrivés en Normandie ,et tous mangés ,ils sont vraiment excellents
