Amandine 1900 is an artisan bakery that bakes organic, wood-fired breads with an inimitable flavor. The different breads - natural sourdough, sesame, cereal, spelt, gluten-free, with a golden, crunchy crust and a thick crumb - are made with nutritious wholemeal flour. For those with a sweet tooth, the viennoiseries - in particular the butter croissant - or the Cramique, a brioche loaf filled with raisins, are to die for.

Open Tuesday to Sunday, 7am to 1pm. Every Saturday on the Mérignac market, every Sunday on the Eysines market and on the Capucins market in Bordeaux, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 2pm.
