HALL'TAGLIO
This principle, invented in Rome, is simple: al taglio pizzas, made on large slabs, are sold by weight. On the spot or to take away, everyone can come and choose the size of their share. They are easy to eat because the parts are cut like cakes. The pasta is well blended, soft and crispy, and the fillings are fresh and generous. They are garnished according to your desires with tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes, four cheeses (gorgonzola, mozzarella, primosale piccante and parmigiano), white or Italian ham, pancetta, chorizo, anchovies, capers, parmesan, etc. For dessert, we let ourselves be tempted by the homemade tiramisù: mascarpone, real boudoir biscuits, a light touch of coffee, a drop of Amaretto and chocolate sprinkled on top...
