DOMAINE BLANCHARD

Thierry Blanchard cultivates his vines at the gates of Lons, where the southern part of the vineyard called "Sud Revermont" begins. He runs his 4 hectare estate on marly slopes in the Côtes du Jura. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Poulsard do wonders here. This professional does not produce Crémant. He has always favoured "sparkling wines" in the "traditional method", even if this term seems pejorative to many. The years of abundance allow him to enrich his range with "aromatized" wines. All at reasonable prices, like the rest of his production.
