Established in 2007 in an old farmhouse that they converted into wine cellar, Emeric Foleat and Elise Vincent grow just over 3 hectares, mainly in Appellation appellation. Two young people, partners in the life and work of the old vines. Their plots have been planted for at least 30 years (and up to a century). They vinifient all the main Jura grape varieties: chardonnay, savagnin, poulsard, pinot and keyring and also produce crémant and macvin. Elise and Emeric are the initiators of a smart label: it unfolds to provide complete information about the wine contained in the bottle. Beware of being assured!
