CHAMPIBIO MU&CO
Corinne and Muriel opened their mushroom farm in a wine cellar in 2018. Corinne is a born mushroom stalker. Shiitake and oyster mushrooms are her favorites. More than 400 kg in "organic" sprout every 3 months from plots of shredded straw substrates. At the beginning, the two partners sold their production in powdered or dried form. They diversified with spreads, velvets, powders and preserves. Since 2020, they have added "Reishi" and "Hedgehog" on walnut logs, two varieties renowned for their medicinal properties.
