This restaurant located on the roadside, 20 km from Lons-le-Saunier and 15 minutes from Champagnole, has the chic décor of a gastronomic restaurant. Lucie and Olivier Perrard have initiated a young and dynamic team, smiling, to welcome gourmets. The chef tints his dishes with bold notes: as an example, the hazelnut, pistachio and sorrel veal terrine with crispy vegetables, salmon back in a risotto ham crust with butternut and the supreme glazed with pear and chocolate tonka bean as an apotheosis.
