In this aptly named "Comtois", your taste buds will experience regional cuisine based on fresh, local and regional produce, and great classic recipes from the region, with the stone fireplace as a warm monument. Le Convivial also serves as a pub, and comes alive in the evenings with a variety of themes. A real find, for example: the vintages of the Domaine de Moutherot, a pretty hilltop village 15 km from Besançon, which owes a debt of gratitude to Mathieu Colin for reviving local viticulture.
