Restaurant-bar in Mont-sous-Vaudrey offering fresh cuisine, couscous, tagines and homemade pastries.

Aurore and Jack have returned to the Auberge Jurassienne, once one of the best restaurants in the region. The boss is at the stove. The tables occupy 2 renovated and bright rooms. The chef favours the freshest possible cuisine. In the evening and particularly at weekends, the dishes are oriental with couscous, tajines and home-made pastries. A word of advice: come on an empty stomach. If you wish to extend your stay, the establishment has 5 new guest rooms with private bathroom and toilet for a very competitive price.

Chambres simples mais suffisamment grandes et climatisées et personnel aimable. Parking dans la cour arrière. Petit déjeuner simple et suffisant, délicieusement français. C'était une halte et nous étions satisfaits.

Merveilleux établissement où on se sent comme à la maison! Aurore et Jack sont aux petits soins et très accueillants , et que dire des plats proposés , tout simplement un régal ???? Je recommande à 200% ce lieu ????

Chambre simple, propriétaires gentils et accueillants. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux.
