In this aquaculture farm, the fish are born and raised on site in fresh water. The rainbow trout is the queen of the place. It competes with the fario, the brook trout and the big pink trout. Whole or filleted, they are a treat for all gourmets. Smoked trout is also available. An instructive visit reveals the know-how of Michel and his team. Nous avons attendu 15 min avant de que l’on nous informe que c’est la fermeture. Un panneau « fermé » serait peut être une idée et éviterait de créer une frustration ????
Pas cool on a été refusé on avait 12 truites à pêcher et 4 grosses truites à acheter pour un baptêmes
Pas de soucis on va aller à la pisciculture à la Doye à côté de Morez 100 fois plus aimable et plus accueillant
On va même manger sur place
Tant pis pour cette pisciculture pas commerçant du tout
