It is in a beautiful th century house that is located in the Ecomuseum's ecomuseum, and is in fact an ancient dependency of the Ursulines Convent. Maurice Poignant, cabinetmaker and city councillor initiated the museum, opened in 1978. He possessed an impressive collection of objects he assigned, hence the desire to expose them. It is therefore in the middle of the old town that you can spend time, with a first part dedicated to the specialist of prehistory, François Daleau, who discovered the grotto of Pair-non-Pair. The second part presents the bourgeaise life of ancient times, while the last part presents Emile Couziinet and his work, the filmmaker born in Bourg.
