DOMAINE A. ET M. TISSOT

Stéphane and his wife Bénédicte took over the reins of André and Mireille Tissot's estate, created in 1962. He has resolutely oriented it towards organic viticulture, initiated in 1998. Today, the 50 hectares are biodynamic, certified by Demeter. Stéphane is a professional who likes to experiment, often in an original way. You will find at his place all the specialities of Arbois... and curiosities like a red "Poulsard" without sulphur from the Clos des Bruyères, a vintage "indigène" crémant or this sweet "Spirale", a white wine with a passerille, a pure marvel.
