Spacious, bright restaurant with terrace, serving traditional regional cuisine with a twist.

This beautiful manor house has been brought back to life by two enthusiasts, Gérard and Jacques-François, with a restaurant area and five comfortable bedrooms. The restaurant is spacious, bright and particularly elegant. Here, you'll enjoy the finest traditional regional cuisine, all in season, of course. During our visit, we enjoyed an asparagus bavaroise with Haut-Doubs flavors, followed by an 8h veal fondant, and finished with a strawberry declination. And don't forget the lovely terrace with its view of the countryside!

Bonjour nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel convivial , autour d'une excellent cuisine, pour les yeux et pour la saveur, des mets. Tout était parfait, dans un très beau cadre de château ou de maison de maitre restauré avec raffinerie, tout cela à un dizaine de km d'Auxonne.

Un très bon moment partagé en famille . Un lieu unique , un service qui connaît sa partition : le client est au centre de toutes les attentions . De bons conseils pour les vins autour d'une carte bien travaillée . C'est sûrement une musique qui a pour titre " on reviendra " .....

J'ai découvert ce restaurant lors d'un repas avec mes grands-parents. La décoration est soignée, l'accueil est très chaleureux et la cuisine est excellente ! Nous avons goûté au pavé de cerf, la cuisson et la sauce étaient parfaites. Je reviendrai ici et ne manquerai pas de recommander ce restaurant à tout mon entourage !

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant Le Montmirey. Le repas était de très bonne qualité (la viande était délicieuse). Le charriot à fromages est un plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
