This typical church of the high Jura is home to a real and impressive 8 m high Comtoise clock.
Typical church of the Haut Jura, it was built from 1835 to 1839 thanks to the generosity of the Mayet brothers. The ashlars came from the quarries of Longchaumois and Chauvins. The decoration was done by craftsmen from Lons, Dole and Salins. It is distinguished by its 2 towers in the front. It houses a real and impressive 8 m high Comtoise clock installed by Arsène Cretin l'Ange. It is accompanied by 4 bells weighing between 680 and 2,190 kg. Also inside, a wooden Christ classified as a historical monument.
