Here, the flagship product is, as you will have understood, Le. This traditional factory had long vanished and was able to be set up in 1998 thanks to the dairy cooperative of the Great river, also manager of the Chauvinists cheese Factory. Raphaël Donier is in charge of the production of the county, raclette and many other cheese specialities of the land. The hotel was very close to the train station and the train station was very good.

Le nombre d’erreurs est beaucoup trop important et les fromages pas bons. Nous sommes mieux lotis à Carrefour.
Premièrement, le vendeur a oublié de nous mettre une fromage dans le sac. Heureusement qu’on a regardé le ticket de caisse en rentrant dans la voiture…
Ensuite, une fois rentré chez nous, nous nous sommes aperçus que le comte « vieux » était en fait du comté jeune. Sans goût, sans saveur…
Pour finir, essayant de noyer notre chagrin, nous nous sommes rabattus sur la tomme qui étaient en fait, du fromage à raclette… énorme déception !! Au regret d’y avoir laissé notre argent….
