Small shop in Orgelet preparing pizzas, fresh home-made dough and regional products.
At the roundabout a few steps away from the church, Fifi (Philippe) settled almost twenty years ago. This small shop is not very attractive. You don't sit there, but pizzas, panini at mini prices and drinks to take away (or deliver) are to be ordered in advance, given their success. The fresh homemade dough and quality toppings make all the difference. On the menu, the list is thematic: seasonal, cheeses, butchers, fishmongers, specials, sweet and savoury, from the most basic to the most sophisticated. Many have the flavour of regional products. The white wine of the Jura perfumes the morbier with its bouquet. Mont d'Or (mid-September/end of April), cancoillotte and spreadable cheese are a nod to Franche-Comté. The Morteau sausage finds its natural place here. There are also specials with frogs, snails or completely vegetarian.

Il parle mal même aux clients
étant employées depuis plusieurs années chez Fifi, nous n'avons jamais eu à nous plaindre, bien au contraire ! Je vous souhaite d'avoir le même patron que nous.
