You'll have the opportunity to discover the techniques and alchemy of brewing during a free guided tour (1h). The tour ends with a tasting of a fine "bieregelette", available in 4 colors! This is the name given to all the brewery's beers by Jérôme Faton. Malts, hops, yeast, brewing stages, temperatures, "top fermentation": you'll learn all about the brewery's secrets.
