Nadine Labelle and her partner Philippe Paillard consider this activity to be "a popular art". In their workshop, they draw inspiration from different styles to develop their range of beers. You will taste "classics" and special beers depending on the season. Some of them include fruit from the orchard and maturation in Jura wine barrels. La bière est bonne, mais on ne le sait qu'après achat. Il n'y a pas de possibilité de déguster ou alors il faut prendre un verre au bar. Nous n'avons pas non plus pu visiter, car le mercredi, il y a la livraison de l'AMAP locale, donc pas de possibilité de visite. Heureusement, l'accueil est sympa.
