Here's a great place to come for lunch and discover traditional, family-style cuisine. Virginie Sornay is in charge of the stoves, having worked her way up through the region's top restaurants after studying at the renowned Lycée Hôtelier in Poligny. We make it a point of honor to work with local produce, and there's no shortage of that in the region. In winter, two dining rooms are available, but in summer, the terrace is much appreciated. This is a village restaurant as we like to find them, but that's becoming rare, and it's just a stone's throw from Lons.
