Fanny and Christophe Liautaud used to run an inn a few kilometers from Poligny, but since 2018 they've decided to settle in the county capital. The cuisine evolves with the seasons and is based on local produce, with an emphasis on short circuits. This has become a fine restaurant where reservations are essential, as the number of covers is limited to ensure quality service. The wine list features biodynamic, natural and sustainable wines. In season, the terrace, facing the beautiful building of the former town hall, welcomes guests.

La carte propose simplement 3 entrées, 3 plats et 3 desserts mais cela suffira parfaitement à vous combler au vu de l'équilibre de ces derniers
