The cuisine evolves with the seasons and is based on local produce, with an emphasis on short circuits. This has become a fine restaurant where reservations are essential, as the number of covers is limited to ensure quality service. The wine list features biodynamic, natural and sustainable wines. In season, the terrace, facing the beautiful building of the former town hall, welcomes guests.
