Fanny and Christophe Liautaud used to run an inn a few kilometers from Poligny, but since 2018 they've decided to settle in the county capital. The cuisine evolves with the seasons and is based on local produce, with an emphasis on short circuits. This has become a fine restaurant where reservations are essential, as the number of covers is limited to ensure quality service. The wine list features biodynamic, natural and sustainable wines. In season, the terrace, facing the beautiful building of the former town hall, welcomes guests.

La patronne (si c'est elle ?) serait-elle débordée ? Fatiguée ? Agacée ? Ou juste pas serveuse ? Dans tous les cas, la note reste salée et l'amabilité de la serveuse/patronne ne fait pas passer la note plus facilement. Dommage.
Car on aime le côté gastro, local, et engagé du circuit court. Mais on aime aussi passer un bon moment et être accueilli agréablement... >> pensez à réserver !
Côté cuisine : un sans faute. Juste les desserts un peu trop sucrés.
