On the one hand, they make flavoured wines with local fruit and artisanal syrups from the renowned Rième house. You will find them with grapefruit, cherry, peach, blackberry, mojito, even chestnut and lime. They also make raw sparkling wines for aperitifs, meals and desserts, including crémants.
