Since the end of 2023, Pierre-Yves Dody has been at the helm of the Auberge du Comtois, a long-standing favorite in Pont-d'Héry. In the warm atmosphere of a renovated farmhouse, he serves traditional regional cuisine. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed a Comtoise salad, followed by a fillet of pike-perch with crémant, and concluded with a crème brûlée with macvin. But we also love the fondues and their regional charcuterie (only served in the evening). Highly recommended.
