With Pizza Napoli, Raphael Dalle-Nogare promises you a journey through Italian flavours. This young pizzaïolo opened his restaurant in July 2016 with the desire to share his love of Italy and the good things. The reception is warm. The pizzas are prepared in your eyes and with care. Tomato sauce is made home, pizza paste, "made in Italy" and ham, sliced before you. On the map you will find great classics such as the Milano (mozzarella, ham, mushrooms) or Monza (sausage, peppers and onions recipes to olive oil) but also more regional flavours such as La (potatoes, morteau and cancoillotte sausage). The chef also proposes a pizza of the month, inspired by his time. Whatever your choice, try to keep a small place for dessert: Raphaël, a pastry for 8 years, includes a delicious tiramisu (coffee or red fruit).
