BRASSERIE DU LIZON

This very young brewery is located in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Park. In 2017 it was created in an old village school a few kilometres from Saint-Claude on the edge of the forest, starting from hiking and overlooking the surrounding mountains. Its production is oriented towards the creation of beers with flavours linked to the terroir, so you will find a beer with spruce, but others more traditional complete the range: American Pale Ale, white, white IPA, amber, red spruce, smoke, brown and many ephemeral creations. The playground offers a terrace where many gigs take place all year round (rock, jazz concerts, and many DJ sets). Emile Maffre and Tom Lamotte want to make this old school a place to live, in the heart of the wild Jura, the challenge is about to succeed, the first results recorded in 2018 are most encouraging because the amateurs are there!
