MAISON JEUNET
Restaurant whose menu is reworked every month, and still offers poularde with morels and wine
This former hunting lodge of the Marquis de Germigney, who loved to entertain and organize sumptuous dinners, was destined to become a gastronomic mecca. Today, it's Italian chef Francesco Di Maria who sublimates the art of cooking with local (90%) and responsible products and wines, in the Michelin-starred Maison Rosella. In a sober décor, the sublime is in the mouth. This exceptional setting is also evident in the rooms. The hotel received its first Michelin star for its traditional rooms and suites nestled in a wooded park.
