Good address in Prémanon preparing beautiful and good products with flavors to the appointment.

In the polar complex, here is the "Polar Bistro". A vast and luminous room with a design in keeping with the spirit of the Espace des Mondes Polaires (a door separates them). The furniture and tones are in keeping with the spirit of the building. Sorin is in the kitchen. He has a great professional background, including a long stint at the Brasseries Paul Bocuse. He likes to work with beautiful and good products with a lot of humility. The flavours are there. The menu is not overloaded, because everything is worked fresh. A good address in the heart of the Regional Park.

Je ne recommande pas j'avais réservé pour 9 adultes pour 12h30 nous sommes arrivés à 12h38 surprise elle avait donné notre table à d'autres nous avons attendu 15mn dehors pour avoir une table puis nous avons attendu 1h pour pouvoir commander et avoir une carafe d'eau la moitié de la carte n'était plus disponible le cuisinier désagréable car on demandait du pain ( 7 rondelles de pain pour 9 personnes) le poulet pas cuit très cher pour la qualité obligé de vérifier la note car elle demande de payer plus cher qu'il ne faudrait
