Paupotte for Pauline and Charlotte, creators of this unique hybrid place. Today, Claire has taken over the café, after working there for several seasons. This is first and foremost a bistro/tea room with a zero-waste philosophy and the use of products with a history and values. Every lunchtime, 3 dishes and 2 desserts are offered. Efficient, healthy cuisine, with regional or more exotic accents. We also serve snacks, aperitifs and workshops. Local delicatessen and works by artists and craftsmen.

Nous y avons trouvé une nourriture healthy mais très gourmande dans un décor "hygge" assez difficile à trouver en France, moins à l'étranger. Les plats étaient aussi beaux que bons et très inspirants. Quant au personnel, c'est un modèle de gentillesse et d'accessibilité.
