Bistro/tea room offering an efficient and healthy cuisine made with organic, local and seasonal products

Paupotte for Pauline and Charlotte, creators of this unique hybrid place. Today, Claire has taken over the café, after working there for several seasons. This is first and foremost a bistro/tea room with a zero-waste philosophy and the use of products with a history and values. Every lunchtime, 3 dishes and 2 desserts are offered. Efficient, healthy cuisine, with regional or more exotic accents. We also serve snacks, aperitifs and workshops. Local delicatessen and works by artists and craftsmen.

Merveilleux café pour le déjeuner ou le brunch, avec une cuisine et un service excellents. Nous avons dégusté une variété de plats savoureux, tous faits maison par le très talentueux chef. Le menu est créatif et il y a une bonne variété de plats pour tous les goûts. Les desserts sont également sensationnels. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Dans l'ensemble, le restaurant a dépassé nos attentes. Vous ne repartirez pas le ventre vide ! Le trajet en montagne depuis Genève CH en vaut la peine.
