This winegrower in his thirties took over the family business three years ago. At the beginning it was 3.5 hectares, which were quickly converted to organic farming with permanent tillage and grassing. He grows the 5 traditional Jura grape varieties plus a sixth, much more discreet one that locals call "Melon à queue rouge". In the same way, the vintages of the Pupillanais do not contain any chemical input. He thus produces natural wines. The main vintages are called "Pépin rouge", "Pépin blanc", "La Marcette". You will also find savagnin ouillé.
