Pierre Overnoy may be "against the cult of the individual", but he is the reference for many Jura connoisseurs and natural wine professionals around the world. Since 2001, he has handed over the running of the estate to Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy, who joined as an apprentice in 1989. Here, everything is organic: from the vine to the bottle, including the cellar: organic and biodynamic wines, with no added sulfites, living wines that live up to their name. The result is sometimes surprising, but more and more people are adopting it, with a focus on fruit and fruit alone! We're delighted with our Savagnin, Plousard, Trousseau and Chardonnay vintages.
