This family honey factory is fifty years old. At the beginning, Jean Verjus, its founder, made wooden hives. The honey factory buzzes near the lake of Chalain. The sons Jean-François and Olivier have been in charge since 1996. Their apiary has 600 boxes in 22 locations in the mountains and on the plain. In the shop, you will find the classics of forest, fir, acacia, flowers but also honeys of lime and ... mirabelle plum honey! Those who are fond of by-products will find gingerbread, candies, propolis to chew or in capsules, royal jelly and pollen.
