Brasserie with terrace in the heart of Saint-Amour, serving quality bistro cuisine with fresh seasonal produce.

Just a stone's throw from the church and the Salle La Chevalerie, this is a place not to be missed. First of all, for the decor, worthy of the greatest brasseries of the 1900s. Moldings, high stucco ceilings, mirrors... It exudes the charm of yesteryear! As for the Bistrot cuisine, featuring seasonal produce, it is revealed in the menu. We love (among other dishes) chicken supreme with morel mushroom cream and vin jaune, warm camembert and risotto with truffle bits. The tastings, accompanied by tasty platters, are also very much appreciated. A great address!

Simple mais très bon.
La patronne n'a pas hésité à me faire goûter le vin jaune et la macvin. Accueil très sympathique. Le burger était excellent, la pièce bouchère très goûteuse et le menu enfant copieux! Tout était très bien.

On me propose le "menu du marché ". Le buffet des entrées est très banal mais frais. La tête de veau qui a suivi est bonne sans plus, aucune recherche dans la présentation, le pain très bon. Je doute que le dessert soit "maison". L'addition est plutôt salée : 30,50 € avec un micro-café....
