Prestigious address in Arlay with spacious rooms, one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

A prestigious address, 10 kilometres from Lons and facing the Château-Chalon vineyards. This former 17th century coaching inn is run by the Tupin couple. The modern dining room is decorated in monochrome and pearl white. Marc the chef remains modest despite his title of "master restorer". He sublimates the fresh products according to the seasons. The cellar has more than 300 wines. The lucky ones will stay in one of the 12 spacious rooms (including 1 accessible to people with reduced mobility).

We went family to the restaurant of the auberge de Saint Germain-lès-Arlay and we inside excellent evening: welcomed very well, we took a seat on the terrace. Aperitif to café, everything is perfect: attentive service, excellent wine, and dishes both delicious and tastefully presented. We have taken chef's menu and enjoyed with pleasure dishes that leaves ordinary and, which is not insignificant, excellent value for money. Bravo with Marc Tupin for his inventive and refined cuisine!

Quiet hotel and very nice. Inventive cuisine, fine and very original, a price and finally very reasonable. The regional menu is recommended. A very good address!
