Alexandre Devin, 34, from the Jura region of France, set up his Délices Comtois business last year to bring you his recipe. Alexandre became a cheesemaker at the age of 19. He then travelled around the region and Switzerland to perfect his skills and knowledge. In 2022, back in his native region, he created his unique, creamy Jura fondue recipe. He emphasizes the products of our region and works with local producers. His enthusiasm and dynamism are an invitation to taste.
