The couple Annie and Jean-Paul Duchemin is the cornerstone, so to speak, of the resurrection of the "Wheel of Lizon" that moves in the old factory where he opened his restaurant. This family business has been operating since 1990 in an exceptional setting ideally situated on the shores of Lake Cuttura. The interior will amaze you with its blue topping and white walls, whose windows overlook the waterfalls. The continuation in the plate prolongs the regionalism. The chef's menu offers you his fondue with variable ingredients, his snail croustade à la Franc-comtoise, his hot goat's cheese in season. And as for the main courses, you will find a warm smoked beef tongue with old-fashioned mustard, a fillet of pike-perch fried with cardamom and lemon or a supreme of guinea fowl with pulsard and blueberries. All you need to enjoy in a quiet and restful place. The establishment only opens for groups in the evening.
