Here is a brand new Comté cheese factory, the result of a vast project carried out by nine producers. This new 1,200m2 complex is at the cutting edge of technology. More than 3 million litres of milk are processed, all of which is produced organically. The aim was also to add an exclusively organic shop, where the products sold are from the Jura region, covering the fields of drinks, dairy products and cheeses, hygiene products, soaps, etc. A first.
