LE PETIT BLANC
Restaurant with terrace in Salins-les-Bains offering a wine list and specialties of the house.
"Ha! this little white wine..." You know the rest. If your stomach takes you to this Petit Blanc, try eating on the terrace under the arbour nestled in the old Salins. But you won't be disappointed by the retro/Lyonnais corkscrew atmosphere under the impressive stone vault that was once a salt granary. The red-checked tablecloths, bistro furniture and old photos will make you feel right at home. Nestled at the back of the spa, this restaurant also boasts a huge slate of wines and house specialties. Saint-Marcellin and lardons salad, leek gratin with yellow wine, pike quenelles with crayfish, demi-coquelet with macvin sauce... all these dishes will have you on the edge of your seat. The dishes are hearty and served by cheerful, efficient staff.

I particularly recommend the cockerel with morels and yellow wine, with excellent Savagnin Arbois
