Gastronomic hotel-brasserie-bar-restaurant with terrace in Salins-les-Bains offering good value for money.

This beautiful hotel is home to an excellent restaurant offering dishes always prepared with fresh produce from short supply chains. The menu includes charcuterie from Maison Thaurin, fish from the Arbois and Marigna-sur-Valouse fish farms, and regional cheeses and honeys. Not to mention the wines, of course. On the day of our visit, we feasted on a morel crust with yellow wine cream, followed by a trout from Les Planches, caught to order, and concluded with a yellow wine crème brûlée. A real treat!

Chambre moderne, établissement très bien placé . Un accueil correct mais sans plus, manque un peu de chaleur et de convivialité. Très bon restaurant, on sent l’amour des bons produits .
