Gastronomic hotel-brasserie-bar-restaurant with terrace in Salins-les-Bains offering good value for money.
This beautiful hotel is home to an excellent restaurant offering dishes always prepared with fresh produce from short supply chains. The menu includes charcuterie from Maison Thaurin, fish from the Arbois and Marigna-sur-Valouse fish farms, and regional cheeses and honeys. Not to mention the wines, of course. On the day of our visit, we feasted on a morel crust with yellow wine cream, followed by a trout from Les Planches, caught to order, and concluded with a yellow wine crème brûlée. A real treat!

Vriendelijk en correct
In het centrum van het heel mooie en eventuele salins des bains
Ge kunt hoodkoper vinden, maar prijs kwaliteit is correct
Trouwens ook de moeite om het restaurant uit te proberen.
Ook hier heel vriendelijk, leuke en lekkere gerechten voor een , als Belg, goede prijs.
