For the past three years, Aurélie and Damien have taken over this brewery with its Belle Époque décor with undeniable success. The 56-coverage dining room and the 24-seat terrace are never big enough. The tasty cuisine with fresh products (mainly regional) is like that of a traditional bistro. The welcome invites you to feel good there. During the week, the buffet of unlimited appetizers (hot and cold) is enjoyed at lunchtime by guests whose breaks are counted. The recipes follow the seasons (stewed beef, sauerkraut, endives with ham, wild boar sausage, blue-veined frogs, veal head, snails, oysters...). On the menu, they are a hit: veal puck confit with yellow wine and morels, mushroom ravioli with foie gras and keychain juice, even homemade canut brains for dessert. To the right stomachs this house!
