Claire and Adam have opened a wine, beer and spirits cellar that also doubles as a delicatessen and food cellar! Each week, Cédric cooks traditional dishes from a different country (a meat, a fish and a vegetarian recipe). He also treats us to the burger of the week. And if you're hesitating between a dessert and a cocktail, go for the dessert-cocktail in summer! La Cave Cadillac is located in the city center, in front of the Château ducal and near a large parking lot. You will discover a nice selection of wines with more than 300 references from local and foreign wine growers. Here, you will also find beers, spirits and a grocery section. La Cave is not only a place to find your nugget, it is also a friendly restaurant with a terrace where you can taste wines accompanied by various dishes based on fresh and local products. For example, you can have a chicken Caesar salad, a veggie Buddha bowl or a beef Buddha bowl. In addition, the restaurant offers aperitif boards made of products selected for their quality. Roasted Camembert, samoussas, fried squid and vegetable pakora are also served in the evening. Note that rugby matches are broadcasted at the Cave during international competitions. You will certainly have a good time with friends, colleagues or family.
