A peasant bistro in Cadillac-sur-Garonne where meats are cooked over a brazier in a still-working wine cellar.
While pursuing his studies at the Faculty of Oenology in Bordeaux, Vincent Lataste took over the reins of the family estate. Concerned about the environment, Vignobles Lataste has adopted organic farming techniques. To showcase his wines, he has opened a reception and tasting area in the old winery built by his great-grandfather in 1891. And it's also an excellent peasant restaurant! The dishes are made with 75% certified organic and biodynamic produce from the BioEthik Bordeaux farm and local producers. We just love it!
