L'élevage des Barthes is a farm located in Camarsac, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region. Taking over the farm in 2017, Sacha Lacour-Arjeau, a passionate young farmer, aims to combine quality and animal welfare. He has set up initiatives to promote short distribution channels and meat quality, in line with sustainable agriculture. L'élevage des Barthes offers a wide range of poultry, including chickens, guinea fowl and capons. What's more, you can reserve online and pick up your order on site. Sacha Lacour-Arjeau is keen to develop a local economy around his farm and pass on his passion for "eating well".
