In Thoiria, the Comté cheese dairy has been recreated as it was in 1900! The cheese-maker works and explains all the phases of his job at the same time. The discovery of equipment, gestures and techniques. In the morning, you can watch Comté cheese being made the old-fashioned way, over a wood fire. In the afternoon, you can watch butter being made. De jeunes propriétaires qui partagent avec passion leur métier et qui font découvrir la fabrication traditionnelle du comté avec beaucoup de pédagogie. Leur comté est excellent !

En vacances dans le Jura, nous avons fait 100kms pour aller dans cette fruitière que nous avons découvert l'an dernier. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, nous avons goûté les différents comtés proposé, nous avons était bien conseillé . Différents produits régionaux sont proposés, fromages bien sûr, charcuteries, miel, vins...On peut assister à la fabrication du comté sur place. Je ne peux que conseiller cette fruitière
