In Thoiria, the Comté cheese dairy has been recreated as it was in 1900! The cheese-maker works and explains all the phases of his job at the same time. The discovery of equipment, gestures and techniques. In the morning, you can watch Comté cheese being made the old-fashioned way, over a wood fire. In the afternoon, you can watch butter being made. Visite très intéressante. Très bon accueil. Si vous passez à proximité n'hésitez pas à vous arrêter pour découvrir le travail d'un fromager qui vous fait partager sa passion. N'oubliez pas de passer par le magasin ...les comtés proposés sont super bons.
